Customize toolbar for Windows Live Mail drawing bug

The "Available Buttons" listbox on the left has a drawing bug in the border of the right hand corner of the selected item rectangle.

You can compare this easily with the "Current Buttons" selected item on the right, which is drawn correctly.

In the "Current buttons" list, the selection rectangle is drawn correctly even when there's a scrollbar present.
