[Spaces] get rid of exclamation marks from Spaces URLs

Problem: Some engines interpret an exclamation mark as a delimiter hence URLs containing them (i.e. Spaces URLs e.g. http://jamiethomson.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!550F681DAD532637!8892.entry) don't display properly
