Controlling Folder Permissions in Subfolders

Now, you can only share a root folder with specific people or make it public. Going past the root folder and into subfolders doesn't allow the permissions to be changed.

Implement the ability to control the permissions of subfolders.

the missing utility REALLY REALLY stunts the usability of this service.

ALSO .. easier WEBDEV!!!!!
