Allow HTML editing when composing eMail messages

Problem: In MS Outlook Express, aswellas in Windows Mail, there was the possibility to switch between HTML and normal text editing modes, when composing eMails.

Please include this feature back into Windows Live Mail,
as it is not a very complex feature and there are many many
situations whare just one HTML tag has to be set manually.

Solution: In this particular case, it is only necessary to put a feature back into the eMail client, which has been there in previous versions.

When editing eMail (or even newsgroup messages)
