Move Live Mesh Bar

Where the bar is impedes closing a windows, previously I just pointed the mounse upto the top right of a maximized window and clicked, knowing it would hit the x, now I have to pay attention everytime. Theres heaps of room to on the Explorer bar if your maximised, make it so users can choose where the bar is placed.

Allow choice to move the bar, to close it completely, add a menu to the explorer bar or the buttons to the explorer bar. Where it is now is too impractical.
