Web based mail: If your going to have text labels, then have text labels

Submitted by .Chris on June 22, 2009 to Aesthetics, Icons, Usability

In hotmail, on the web based version, you have text labels up top, but a icon for "print". If your going to use all text, then have the print icon as a text label "print".

I'd rather all the interfaces restore the icons (use words + icons). "X" for delete, a printer icon, etc, etc. Best of both worlds.

Same here. But it doesn't look like microsoft would do that, so for the sake of constancy they need to fix this.
