Wave 4 Sugestion: Introduce a "web cam app" much like Apple's photo booth
Simple. Many people have webcams. most, if not all laptops now adays include a webcam. Why not create software to interact with it, like Apple's Photo Booth, but of course, better
of course its an OPTIONAL download, so you don't want it, don;t download it

Another great excuse for the fanboys to claim that Microsoft "took out their photo copiers". Besides, most webcam venders provide software with their webcams to do this.
Who cares what the dumb fan boys say. they are immature idiots
and plus thats not what the idea is about kid
Apple's have it because they produce their own hardware, which includes the built-in webcams. If MS is to have such app, it'd have to interact with thousands of different webcams out there (think those Chinese-branded webcams, I have tons at home).
However, if they were ever to make something in Windows Live to integrate with webcams, it'd probably better to have it built-in to Windows Live Movie Maker, perhaps a "Capture from webcam" feature so it imports directly into WLMM, and then you can do tons of different effects to the videos you've captured.
Microsoft already have a webcam app that comes with their LifeCam webcams. It includes special effects and things like that.
They should definitely do what pikablu0530 said! +1

Not a bad idea, I'd love to be able to quickly snap a photo or record a small clip with my laptop's webcam.
