Windows Live Movie Maker Ribbon is inconsistent

Submitted by nyp on June 2, 2009 to Aesthetics, Bug

1. Broken shadows
2. Save icon is in a different size
3. Menu button is brighter
4. Open icon looks crap
5. Incorrect Exit icon
6. No Undo/Redo (this is just unacceptable!)
7. Taller seperators
8. You can't change the tabs by scrolling the mouse wheel while over the Ribbon

Just "steal" Paint's code and implement here. :p
The first image is the current one.
The second is how the correct version will look like.

WIndows Live Movie maker is a complete mess. There's NOTHING the windows Live Team can do to fix it.

This will probably be fixed. They wouldn't let something like those shadows get out the gate, so they'll probably update it to the new Ribbon style. And it is being fixed, Joe. We're getting more effects and transitions, and "something resembling a timeline".

The save and the open icon still doesn't look great but other major stuff has been fixed.
