Admin console in groups on messenger

Submitted by .Chris on March 6, 2009 to Usability

This is an idea for an improvement to groups in messenger. Have an admin console. From here, the "admin" or group owner, can control group settings, such as open/closing, the option to "bounce" (or kick out) a member for a set amount of time or for good etc

It will be all from messenger it self, and no need to go to a webpage.

Nice idea, I agree though - low severity.

Sounds like a lot of overhead for something that's supposed to be simple and personal. Unless groups are going to be opened to a lot more people, I don't think this is critical. -1

Well if your the admin of the group, you should have some sort of instant control over your groups.
