Clean up Windows Live Help Central

When I visit help central, I find that all the products there are outdated and the list is poorly done:

From the wave 2 build, (Hotmail Classic, Full...etc.)
Betas, (Calendar Beta, LPG Beta, Skydrive Beta???)
and have numerous duplicates.

Most of the information and how-tos are also outdated too, since they are from Wave 2.

Clean up all outdated information and update names of products etc. Make it less cluttered.

I know some countries are still using Wave 2, but at least update the information so that it matches Wave 3 as well.
