[Messenger] Update Information Icons

Old XP style icons are used when showing information instead of the newer Vista / 7 icons.

Update the icons to show newer Vista / 7 icons.

its not the latest because the yellow is not that flat.

note the icon is still there, but the background is new

I know, it's an old screenshot, but it's not the yellow bit that is the concern.
I just used a screenshot from the Beta.
