Pop up notifications for new mails for Live Mail when Messenger is not running

Live Mail only displays new mail popup if Live Messenger is running and is active. But when Messenger is not running, there is only the sound and new mail icon notification for Live Mail.

Make Live Mail use the same Popup notifications when Messenger is not running.

Simple. When messenger is not running, display the pop up message (or toast) of your new messages.

When you have messenger running, and you get a new e-mail, a toast pops up near the clock. the guy here wants that to opo up even when messenger is not running. (but when mail is)
