[Messenger] WLM configuration window has old icon.

This appears when you run WLM for the first time (I think).
Also appeared after I performed an inplace upgrade from 7022 to 7057.

Maybe it's because the installer itself is old, but since they're using a custom installer to install Windows Live programs, I'd rather see that here instead of this.
