No way to add title in Windows Live Movie Maker. This is a new edition of movie maker yet features available in older versions are not here.

I much like them to add time-line view back as a secondary view option.

Hopefully they can make it so you can easily make titles or credits with the same option, and the only difference would be whether the user places them at the beginning or at the end of the movie.
