WMP, WLPG stream contents off SkyDrive

Problem: SkyDrive offers great storage. It would be great if Windows Media Player , Windows Live Photo Gallery could stream/play media content off Skydrive.

Solution: 1. Allow Windows Media Player, Windows Live Photo Gallery to stream content off Skydrive

Live Mesh and SkyDrive

Problem: Live Mesh is separate from SkyDrive. I wish I could use LiveMesh to store/ sync file to SkyDrive -i.e SkyDrive becomes the core storage for all Live services.

Solution: 1. LiveMesh becomes the sync technology to SkyDrive
2. SkyDrive becomes the core storage for all Live services

Consolidate access and storage on a Live account

Problem: Today each WL service has separate storage limits. Users tend to use one service more than other. So, they use up storage on one and do not use storage on other account. When they run out of storage they either have to pay for storage or find another (more...)

Solution: 1. Consolidate access to all services - links on the top like Google? Or, something else

2. Provide user with min and max storage limits. e.g. Live mail min 1GB max 5GB.
