Messenger slow to open from system tray
When double-clicking on messenger or right-clicking on messenger and selecting "open messenger" from the context menu is quite slow (it historically has been). If you open it a second time it's faster. It doesn't seem to matter how (more...)

Centralize Permissions
When setting permissions on the various Windows Live components that make up the web space (i.e. profiles, notes, social, etc.) it is tedious at best to set permissions for each and every component.

Provide a single page that lets you set the access for each component. If the user want to drill in on more detail for the component just provide a link for that.
