[SkyDrive] Add a Feature too Skydrive Which Allows Us to Move Folders

Problem: Currently a file can be moved, but a folder, with all of its files, can not be moved.

Solution: I propose that a feature be added to SkyDrive which lets us move folders.

Cannot Delete WL Group

Problem: Whenever I try to delete a group, I get this error:

"Sorry, we can't delete the group right now. Please try again later. Go back to your group"

Solution: Fix bug.
