"My Received Files" in Windows Live Messenger should not be in Documents folder (except in XP)

Problem: The "My Received Files" folder is located in the Users\<user>\Documents\ folder, which is an annoying place to have it. It's also inappropriately named.

Solution: It should appear in the Users\<user>\Downloads\ folder and should be named something like "Received Messenger Files"

Windows Live Personalised Experience (http://my.live.com) should be updated completely or redesigned

Problem: The Windows Live Personalised Experience is now too old and neglected. I use it every day for my RSS feeds.

Solution: The interface needs to be completely redone and updated to use the Wave 3 headers and styles.

Windows Live Writer should use the scenic ribbon

Problem: Windows Live Writer still uses the menu bar system that's over 20 years old.

Solution: Windows Live Writer is perfect for the scenic ribbon. Use it.

It has been leaked that Microsoft are working on this.
