Windows Live Toolbar adds unnecessary search bar by default, no option to remove it.

Problem: I have no grudges against this, I think there are some people that like two search bars, but this takes up a lot of space and looks real cluttered. It could be replaced by some other functionality, like a scrolling "what's new" etc.

Solution: Give an option to remove the search bar and disable by default.

[Suggestion] Windows Live Center Jumplist (Vista/7 only)

[skydrive/photos] Multiple File Selection uploader or Silverlight/Flash/Java uploader

Problem: It is really a big problem when you want to upload numerous stuff from a non-IE browser to skydrive, as it only allows one file selection at a time, and up to 5 files can be uploaded at a time only.

Solution: Use a multiple file selection uploader, or use a flash/silverlight/java uploader...

[Live Photos] Don't limit silverlight slideshows just to IE

Problem: I have silverlight for Safari for my mac, but when I want to use the enhanced version of a photo slideshow, I need a IE user agent to use it, and it also works in Safari, so I don't understand why it is limited to IE only.

Clean up Windows Live Help Central

Problem: When I visit help central, I find that all the products there are outdated and the list is poorly done:

From the wave 2 build, (Hotmail Classic, Full...etc.)
Betas, (Calendar Beta, LPG Beta, Skydrive Beta???)
and have numerous (more...)

Solution: Clean up all outdated information and update names of products etc. Make it less cluttered.

I know some countries are still using Wave 2, but at least update the information so that it matches Wave 3 as well.

Windows Live Hotmail still not stable yet.

Problem: I've been stuck trying to access my Hotmail account for ages using Safari on my Mac, and it has been so for ages.
I get stuck once accessing a folder, and I can't access any messages at all.

Remake the Windows Live Hotmail/People Sidebar

Problem: The Sidebar has some difficulties in UX:

Normally-long usernames cannot be fully seen.
There should be a seperator to differentiate between generic folders and user-created folders.

Solution: Fix the above problems.
A good example can be seen in places like Photos or Skydrive of Windows Live.
