Screensaver won't start when Windows Live Messenger is running

I set the Bubbles screensaver to start after 1 minute, but when Windows Live Messenger is running, no matter how long I leave my computer inactive, the screensaver doesn't kick in, nor does any of the power saving settings for that matter!

Windows live messenger (Thai Language so small)

Problem is Thai language are so small..
but English language are fine
